First Visit Questions
What Should I Expect?
Arrive 15 minutes early and check in at the front desk. We’ll guide you to the right waiting area. For skin, the Serenity Facial ($125) or the HydraFacial Signature ($225) is a comfortable start. For hair, call us and we’ll match you with a stylist.
How Should I Prepare?
Arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit, or 5–10 minutes early after that. Come to the front desk at 72 Central Street. Facials and HydraFacial treatments don’t need a consultation. Injectables start with a required consultation with Susan Fallon, RN, on Tuesdays. Laser and CIT consultations are complimentary. Call 781-235-7788 if you’d like to talk before you book.
Can I Book Salon and Medspa Together?
Yes. You can plan hair and skin on the same day. Call 781-235-7788, tell us what you’d like, and we’ll help you plan the order of your appointments.
