Coming somewhere new is easier when you know what to expect. Here are the questions first-time guests ask most, from what to book to how booking works.

What should I book for my first visit?

For skin, the Serenity Facial ($125) or the HydraFacial Signature ($225) is a comfortable start. For hair, call us and we’ll help match you with a stylist.

Where are you?

72 Central Street, Wellesley, MA 02482. The salon and medspa are under one roof there.

Where do I park?

Call us and we’ll share the easiest way to arrive and park.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Come to our front desk at 72 Central Street. We’ll make sure you get to the right place.

How early should I arrive?

Arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit, or 5–10 minutes early after that. Check in at the front desk, and we’ll guide you to the right waiting area.

Can I book salon and medspa services in one visit?

Yes. We use one booking system for both, so you can plan hair and skin services together.

Are consultations free?

Consultations for laser services and CIT / SkinPen are complimentary. Injectables start with a required consultation with Susan Fallon, RN, on Tuesdays. Call us for details.

What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

Please call us at 781-235-7788 as early as you can. We’ll help you find a new time that’s convenient for you.

What are your hours?

Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. We’re closed Sunday and Monday.
